- Database Development and Maintenance: Develop and maintain robust database systems, including schema design, stored procedures, queries, and scripts for data manipulation and retrieval. Ensure high performance, security, and scalability of database systems.
- Utilize Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) to design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes that integrate data from various sources into a cohesive and efficient architecture. Optimize data flows to improve performance and reliability.
- Support the development of reporting and analytics solutions using Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE). Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver insightful, actionable reports.
- Leverage cloud technologies for data storage, processing, and analytics. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Azure is desirable. Implement and maintain cloud-based data solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Work closely with the Solutions Architect and other team members to support the development and implementation of database routines and data strategies. Provide technical expertise and recommendations to improve program outcomes.
Job Requirement
- Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in Oracle database technologies, SQL, PL/SQL, and experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI and Azure Platform). Knowledge of cloud-based data warehousing, ETL, and analytics services is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of data modelling concepts and experience designing and implementing relational and dimensional data models.
- Ability to analyse complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Experience with data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. Must be able to provide efficient and scalable solutions to meet business needs.
