Senior Manager, SuiteCloud Developer Network Alliances ANZ
NetSuite is seeking a Senior Manager for its ANZ alliances team of the SuiteCloud Developer Network (SDN). The Senior Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting and building relationships with technology partners. This includes new partnership development and managing existing partners. The goal of SDN is to extend the NetSuite solution to meet the business and industry needs of more customers, resulting in increased close-rates, more adoption of the product and increased customer success.
Key Attributes Needed for this Position:
Business development experience with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)
Pre-Sales, Technical Sales, Direct Sales or Sales Enablement experience
Good knowledge of SaaS applications in the ERP space
Great interpersonal and relationship building skills
Executive relationship experience
Entrepreneurial drive
Responsibilities:
Identifying prospective partners for the ANZ region.
Vetting inbound requests for partnerships.
Approaching identified ISVs and sell them on the benefits of partnering with NetSuite
Successfully onboarding new partners
Working with key partners to create and execute sales and marketing strategies
Working with sales executives to ensure effective collaboration on deals
Ensuring inbound referrals from the partners
Ongoing management of top tier partners
You work closely with Product Management and the Sales team to ensure SDN brings optimum value for sales prospects and customers
You contribute to the SDN global strategy and conduct periodic review of goals and plans with top ISV partners and report on progress to SDN management
Experience/Skills Required:
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in ISV alliance management and channel or direct sale
Experience with creating and building differentiated relationships with partner
Strategic thinker who is able to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives
Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, including senior level executive
Highly motivated and independent contributor, high energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business
Experience with ERP (such as NetSuite, Oracle Fusion or SAP) and CRM or eCommerce products
Bachelor's degree or other significant business experience, MBA or technical degree is a plus
Responsibilities:
A Business Development Representative is assigned to strategic accounts which may be grouped by industry where Oracle has a limited presence. Acts as primary liaison between Consulting, Sales, and Oracle Development for the product's sales opportunities. Generates business opportunities through prospecting mass market programs and leveraging third party partners. Develops and coordinates a worldwide relationship with customers that establishes Oracle as a preferred vendor and optimizes Oracle's sales of product. Executes aggressive strategies and plans to successfully drive the product as the preferred customer selection. Provides account representatives with information on how the product addresses specific needs, and assists account representatives in using Oracle's products to leverage large revenue opportunities. Assists in articulating product message, coordinates technical resources and hands off deals to a successful close.
