We are looking for an experienced Oracle Retail Senior Platform Specialist to join our Technology team.

About the Role

Joining our growing team dedicated to the Oracle Retail Platform as a Senior Platform Specialistyou will ensure the platform configuration and design is of a high quality and effectively meets ongoing business and stakeholder requirements. This includes ensuring with the resolution of issues, and activity participating in Bunnings’ technical knowledge sharing culture with other Platform Specialists and Technology team members.

You will work collaboratively with Senior Platform Specialists, external vendors, and Product/Business Owners to assist the team in ensuring roadmaps and the worked delivered in alignment with the strategic needs and goals of Bunnings.

As an Oracle Retail Platform Specialist you will:

• Configure Platform applications in accordance with business/user requirements. 

• Assist in creating and maintaining platform customisations in line with business requirements such as but not limited to, maintaining user roles, security settings, sharing rules, profiles, permission sets and data integrity.

• Support the development of test plans, implementation plans, and user guides in compliance with established standards and procedures. 

• Produce test data and execute unit test plans and provide plans and results to the change management and delivery team for independent verification. 

About You
You are a passionate technologist and problem solver who is outcome driven, adept at multi-tasking, have a strong customer focused approach to your work and is well versed with working as part of a cross functional team. Possessing a sound understanding of commercial acumen to converse with stakeholders of all levels coupled with your strong communication skills (written and verbal) has seen you excel in your roles thus far. You are a team player with strong facilitation skills and is adept at working autonomously when required.

You will also possess:

• 3 to 5 years' experience working with the Oracle Retail Platform
• Experience with Delivery in an Agile environment
• Experience in Oracle Retail Brand Compliance will be highly regarded.
