About the role:
In our Contact Centre, the Integrated Services Unit at Dental Health Services Victoria, you are the first point of phone contact for our consumers. Our contact centre operates on weekdays from 8.30 am to 6:00 pm. The position is casual, from Monday to Friday. These roles report to the Manager of Patient Services. As an Oral Health Experience Officer, your role is to ensure that the organisation continues to deliver high-quality client-centred services that improve our consumer experience. This role operates not only in telephony, we provide services for TeleHealth, Webchat, email and general administration work.
Skills required are:
- Previous contact centre experience with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Great organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to foster trust and respect.
- Experience in working with a variety of tasks in an administrative environment.
