Your opportunity:
- Deliver high quality Oral Health services to eligible clients as an Oral Health Therapist in a multidisciplinary team.
- Contribute to the provision of Oral Health services within the above designated dental team or in other Wide Bay Hospital and Health Service Oral Health teams as required.
Several Permanent Full Time (76 hours p.f.) and Permanent Part Time Positions (hours negotiable) and Temporary Full Time Position (76 hours p.f.) from date of appointment until 22nd April 2025.
Prior to being made an offer of employment, you will be required to demonstrate immunity to the following Vaccine Preventable Diseases ( https://tinyurl.com/yc6pgyt2 )(VPD): Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (chicken pox) and Pertussis (whooping cough).
From 9th December 2019 all new employees will be required to be assessed for their risk of Tuberculosis (TB). Our offer:
You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $128,706 p.a., comprising salary between $76,747 - $112,805 p.a. (f/t) or salary between $38.71 - $56.89 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP3) (Several Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f., and Permanent Part Time Positions, hours negotiable, and Temporary Full Time Position, 76 hours p.f., from date of appointment until 22nd April 2025).
