Sandhurst Fine Foods has an opportunity for a highly motivated team player to join the team as a part time Order Entry Administrator on a 6 month contract. Ideally this role will require 20-25 hours per week.
The Order Entry Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of orders received by the company.
The Role
Applicants must provide a high level of data entry accuracy in an Order Entry environment. The primary duty is to accurately process sales orders within our custom ERP, sourced from emails, phone, web portals. This position is available for an immediate start to a suitable and reliable candidate who can provide the highest level of speed and accuracy within this Order Entry role.
Experience, Skills & Requirements
- Prior experience with data base order processing systems is essential.
- High speed and accuracy required for high volume alpha data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to pick up systems and processes quickly and efficiently.
- Previous experience in Order Entry within the food industry is a definite advantage.
- Able to support a team environment and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
