Haddenham Healthcare, a Melbourne based supplier of healthcare products, is seeking an Order Processing Administrator to join their team.

The Role

Haddenham Healthcare is a Melbourne-based supplier of high-quality healthcare products. They are currently seeking a full-time Order Processing Administrator to process orders in an efficient and timely manner. As part of this role, you will be liaising with customers as required, who are predominantly healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities of the Role

Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, this role is part of a highly regarded Customer Service team and the responsibilities include:
  • Receive and action customer order requests in an accurate and timely manner to ensure customers’ requests are processed and ready for production and despatch
  • Initiate action with customers to seek complete order details and payment as necessary to ensure the order can be processed in a timely manner
  • Check and action orders awaiting payment and follow up on incomplete order details
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is a priority
  • Identify any opportunities to connect customers with the clinical advisory team and business development team
  • Work together with the warehouse team to assist with the pick, pack and despatch as required
  • Assist with administration tasks as directed by the Team Leader and Operations Coordinator
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to display a strong level of attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, be solutions focussed and maintain a professional and friendly manner at all times. Being a team player, you will be willing to ‘roll up your sleeves’ to assist others when needed, whilst also being happy to work autonomously.
Experience, Skills & Attributes
  • Previous experience working in a similar role would be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and have a learning mindset to pick up new processes and systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Willing to be flexible and adaptable to changing needs of the business
  • Have a professional work ethic
  • Have a proactive and positive approach to your work
  • Create and foster positive relationships across all customer interactions
