Due to continued growth of our clients team, we are looking for a Receptionist and Property Manager Assistant to join a well-known Real Estate Agency. This is an great opportunity for a motivated individual with a background in customer service, a passion for Real Estate and wanting to step into the industry.
About the role:
- Assist the Administration and Property Management division with a variety of tasks
- Answer the phone, processing applications and data entry
- Daily feedback to the Property Managers
- Rental Arrears
- Highly proficient interpersonal and communication skills: (Both verbal and written)
- Either previous experience in the Real Estate industry or a strong customer service background
- A strong interest in Real Estate
- Great time management skills, be calm and well presented
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task
- Current certificate of registration is a must
- Monday - Friday - no weekends required
- Phone, IPad, fuel and company cars to use during work hours
