The Role
We are searching for an Procurement Assistant to join the team! This is a full-time role in the office in Warwick QLD.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Procurement Manager with ordering raw materials, contractors & consumables across a variety of projects.
- Monitoring stock levels and managing goods in & storeroom.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors to coordinate lead times and logistics.
- General office duties as required.
What we are looking for:
- 1-2 years experience in procurement.
- Previous experience in the building industry would be highly regarded but not essential.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Take pride and ownership of your work.
