WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
You'll have the opportunity to wear multiple hats and contribute to various aspects of our digital marketing efforts, all aimed at driving brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately, business growth.
Your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and compelling content across various platforms. You'll craft blog posts, articles, social media updates, and other content pieces that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement. Additionally, you'll play a key role in our email marketing campaigns, conceptualising and executing strategies to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships.
In addition to content creation, you'll also have the opportunity to delve into other aspects of digital marketing. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, where you'll be involved in crafting ad copy, selecting target audiences, and analysing campaign performance. You'll also contribute to our SEO efforts, ensuring that our content is optimised for search engines and helping to improve our organic visibility.
Furthermore, you'll have exposure to PPC campaigns, where you'll assist in developing and implementing strategies to drive traffic and conversions through platforms like Google Ads. Your role will involve monitoring campaign performance, conducting keyword research, and refining targeting to maximise ROI.
YOU WILL NEED...
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing - this must include content creation, social media management and email marketing
- A foundation understanding in paid advertisements - search and social
- Experience using Hubspot for CRM management and eDMS
- To be proficient across the Adobe Suite - for photo editing and videography needs
- To be a risk taker - we want you to disrupt the entire dental industry!
- To know social media platforms like the back of your hand - mainly LinkedIn and Instagram but we're ready to give TikTok a crack!
- Strong reporting skills
- To be a creative individual
- A portfolio showcasing your work - applications without a portfolio WILL NOT be considered
- To have a desire to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment

- Industry relevant certifications
- Experience using CMS for content
