About the Role:
Bio Gro has an exciting opportunity for an Organics Supervisor to join our team at our site in Newbridge, Victoria. This person will be responsible for leading the Organics Team to maximise production output, coordinate daily work schedules and work alongside Quality Control to ensure product is EPA compliant.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Supervise and support Organics Team members in the delivery of their responsibilities.
- Day-to day supervision of the Organics team including back-up when required.
- Supporting the Site Manager in the delivery of Compliance & Safety targets for the facility.
- Coordinating the schedules of incoming and outgoing material.
- Reporting on performance and recommending improvements to the Site Manager.
- Ensure employees are operating machinery in a safe manner in accordance with licensing requirements.
About You:
- Hold a Front End Loader License
- Excavator License is highly desirable
- A ‘can do’ attitude.
- Demonstrate critical thinking.
- Developed ability to read and comprehend simple instruction in work related documents.
- Developed ability to work in a team environment to collaboratively achieve results.
- Strong attention to detail..
