We are currently seeking a full-time Organisation and Methods Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will help Go Solar to enhance our efficiency, resolve organizational issues, and examine our structures, methods, systems, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting and promoting the creation of strategies and plans designed to achieve customer satisfaction and optimize the use of company resources
- Engaging with clients to identify and advise about business deficiencies
- Consulting with team member and management about current systems and observing business operations
- Conducting and evaluating works by analyzing methods and procedures in operation processes
- Assessing and examining existing systems and structures
- Documenting and analyzing structure workflows and responsible for relevant reports, records and job descriptions of staff
- Developing and advising plans, proposals for better methods and procedures, solving any operation problems in the structure of the business
- Coordinate to implement approved proposals, updating instructions and procedure manuals, and drafting additional documentation
- Examining operating procedures and providing advice on any deviations from existing procedures and standards
Required Skills
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in planning, organizing, and managing resources to achieve specific goals
- Relevant minimum bachelor qualifications
- Excellent communication, English proficiency a must
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
Salary
Annual salary range for this position is between 75,000 to $85,000 plus super. Actual renumeration to commensurate with skills and experience.
