About the opportunity:An exciting opportunity has become available for an Organisational Development & Diversity Partner. The role is responsible for enhancing organisational capability through the design and implementation of value-add Organisational Development and diversity related strategies and initiatives which foster people development and a values-driven culture whilst ensuring these meet DEM’s strategic direction and operational goals.

Key Selection Criteria:Please only address the dot points listed below in your application

• Demonstrated experience in leading the design, delivery and implementation of Organisational Development and change initiatives.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience in working in Organisational Development, diversity and inclusion, change and human resource management or related fields.
• Knowledge and experiencing in using and improving Human Resource systems, including an ability to design in house online learning modules (e.g. HRIS, Articulate/ Rise, CHRIS21)
• Exceptional communication skills and a proven ability to establish and maintain networks and collaborative relationships and manage conflict with tact and diplomacy.

 Desirable Qualifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Management, or similar (Undergraduate / Postgraduate).
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.

Remuneration:ASO6 $97,022 - $102,626 per annum
Full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week

Special Conditions:

• This is term vacancy for up to 12 months.
