Offshore Services Australasia (OSA) is the leading supplier of helicopter services to the Australian Offshore industry. We operate multiple helicopter types from a number of bases throughout Australia and Timor Leste providing support to a number of the major oil and gas producers.
About the role
An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, team player based in Darwin to join our Logistics team on a full-time basis, supporting our operations in Truscott. Reporting to the Head of Logistics, you will provide effective and compliant warehouse and distribution services. 15 days on , 13 days off
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to corporate CHC Health, Safety and Environment & Quality Policy and all other company policies;
- Catalogue and label storage details on items ensuring all goods received conform with regulatory and company policies;
- Process and complete orders including selection and issue of parts;
- Process the return of goods back to stock;
- Binning/replenishing;
- Assisting with stocktakes;
- Updating Company maintenance system AMOS as required;
- Maintaining housekeeping, cleanliness and safety standards to ensure the store area and Hanger is in a presentable condition;
- Refuelling of Aircraft, including hot refuelling;
- Assist with departures and arrivals, including towing of Helicopter, freight and baggage handling; and
- Maintain passenger safety equipment.
About You
Ideally, you will have the following skills, abilities, and experience:
- An ability to obtain and hold an ASIC car
- Possess 1-2 years current or previous warehousing experience;
- Highly organised and detail oriented;
- Demonstrable ability to multitask in a busy environment;
- Strong customer service skills;
- Good computer skills;
- A Current Forklift license is required;
- AMOS experience or similar is desirable;
- Dangerous goods and WHIMIS training an advantage;
- Strong communication and collaborative skills;
- A positive team oriented approach;
- Flexible and Adaptable approach to meet business demands.
