About the role
MacKillop Catholic Primary School is seeking a casual educators to join their Outside Schools Hours Care (OSHC) team as OSHC Assistant. This is a casual position, comprising of before and after school care as well as vacation care. Commencement date to be negotiated with the successful applicant. This is a casual position with the possibility for part-time hours (of up to 30hpw) for the right applicant.
Duties will include supervision of and interaction with children, planning and programming, assisting the Coordinator with administration tasks, preparation of breakfasts and afternoon teas and general cleaning.

About You
The successful applicant will have relevant experience and an understanding of, and a commitment to, the ethos of Catholic Education. A Working with Children Check (WWCC) and eligibility for a Suitability Notice will also be required. In addition, you will have excellent time management skills, well developed interpersonal skills and a high proficiency of computer skills.
Mandatory Requirements
- A current valid Blue Card under the Working with Children (Risk Management and Screening) Act 2000 (WWC Act) and valid Suitability Notice is a requirement of the position.
- A minimum Certificate III in Children’s Services or equivalent (
