Job description

Whether you're experienced in the Education or childcare sector, have done some babysitting, this is the first time you're thinking about working with children, or anything in between, THIS is the role for you!

About the role

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.

  • Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
  • Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

You'd be working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:00am (Rise then Shine program) and 3:00pm - 6:30pm (Stay and Play program), plus additional admin hours. You can also pick up extra hours during the school holidays!
