About this role

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the operational and clinical teams at I-MED, driving sales revenue growth and increased market share by strengthening relationships and increasing referrals within the South-East Sydney region.  areas. You will also be responsible for achieving set individual and clinic KPIs while reporting directly to the regional sales and marketing manager.

What you will do

Your duties will include developing brand-new business relationships with referrers in the area and maintaining existing relationships of referrers within the region, providing ongoing support and educational resources to referrers, ensuring positive experiences for patients throughout their journey.

With your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will develop and implement effective strategies to increase referrals and generate revenue for the region. You will liaise directly with the referrers of I-MED Radiology, ensuring a strong focus on driving positive outcomes for our patients.

Our ideal candidate

  • A high level of organisational skills to keep accurate records and provide sales reports
  • Experience within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry is desired
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and fostering positive outcomes
  • Demonstrated experience in acquiring new business accounts to drive sales growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and listening skills – both written and verbal
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, well presented, energetic and ambitious go-getter who wants to achieve reliable capable of working independently whilst achieving set goals
