AddressMake this 30 place service your own haven! We are looking for an enthusiastic and community minded OSHC Coordinator for Leschenault OSHClub based in Australind.
You'll still be able to have work/life balance with the middle of the day, nights, and weekends free! Working 7:00am - 9:00am and 2:30pm - 6:00pm Monday to Friday, you'll also have 4 paid admin hours each week to create an engaging and inclusive program for the kids in your care. You can also work pick up extra hours in the school holidays if you'd like!
About the role
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:
- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it!) and a state check for working with children
- Must meet ACECQA requirements for 1st qualified. Ideally minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care) or have completed minimum 2 years of full-time study in a relevant field (check out the ACECQA website for more info)
