The Nominated Supervisor role is supported by Catholic Early Learning & Care's Executive Team and is well suited to an OSHC professional who has current and relevant experience with a desire to work with and grow a strong team of Educators and deliver a high quality OSHC service for our community.
As the Nominated Supervisor, you will be given responsibility to manage and lead the service. We are seeking a Nominated Supervisor who has commitment, enthusiasm, interpersonal skills and innovative ideas.

The role is part time and requires an individual with good management and organisation skills to embed quality systems and processes.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in an OSHC environment with confidence and competence in the day-to-day operations of the service, including administration, people management. You will have experience in managing compliance including policies and procedures, risk minimisation, and quality improvement planning. You will be capable to easily manage family and community engagement, administration, management of financial matters within CELC approved budgets, being able to demonstrate your ability to liaise with key stakeholders and effective, regular reporting to CELC management.
Applicants must have a strong knowledge and understanding of the Legislation relating to Education and Care Services, National Quality Standards and Childcare Subsidy (CCS).
We are looking for a Nominated Supervisor who can demonstrate:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an equivalent OSHC leadership position, with a preference for someone with experience operating as an OSHC which is part of a group (or similar) setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and be across all facets of the service.
- Proven ability to build and maintain supportive and trusting relationships with children and families.
- A high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively facilitate teamwork, conflict resolution and support the development of others.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee program planning including design, delivery and evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to drive quality improvement and business outcomes.
- Capacity to work independently, with sound decision-making and time management skills.
