The opportunity:
A fantastic opportunity is currently available for an experienced and talented OT Engineering Consultant with a solid understanding of PLC and SCADA systems to join our ever growing National OT Team, based in our Newcastle Office.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Consultation with clients to establish requirements and scope of works
- Taking a leading role in the design, development, implementation and commissioning of high quality solutions that meet or exceed our customers' requirements
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and on schedule
- Providing on-going support to our customers
- Supporting and driving a HSEQ centric culture within the company
Experience and Skills:
- Experience working as a Control System's Engineer on complex SCADA and/or DCS systems
- Experience Scoping and Design Industrial Networks using a combination of Fibre, Copper and Wireless capabilities
- Knowledge / Understanding of IEC62443 Design Principles (specifically Zone and Conduit design principles)
- In depth understanding of Network Design and Configuration including legacy Devices that only support specific routing protocols
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Engineering with 5+ years industrial / OT Experience and eligible for RPEQ within 2 years joining.
- Current Australian Driving Licence
The successful applicant will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or related degree.
- IEC62443 certification
- CISCO CCNA certification
- Hands on experience with one or more solutions from Claroty, Nozomi, Darktrace, Dragos, or Waterfall
- Good stakeholder engagement.
