About the Position:
Our client is looking for a Senior Speech Pathologist to join their growing team in Peakhurst. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role, working alongside the Senior Speech Pathologist Team Lead. The successful candidate will support less experienced therapists, participate in the 'Future Leaders Program', and work towards becoming a Team Lead.
Senior Speech Pathologist Duties:
- Supervise early-career Speech Pathologists and Allied Health Assistants
- Collaborate with business leaders on project development and implementation
- Participate in the 'Future Leaders Program' to progress to a leadership role
- Provide speech therapy services to children with disabilities aged 0-18 years
- Conduct standardised assessments and individual/group therapy sessions
- Coordinate client assignments with the reception team and Team Lead
- Supervise students on clinical placement
- Attend regular meetings and team huddles
- Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience
