Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
15 Years of experience in Industrial Automation for Resources and Process Industries.
Professional experience in Control System for SCADA Power, Historization and communications. High capacity to develop documents following the guidelines and standards of the company
Knowledge of Install/upgrade/ migrate SCADA application
Proficient knowledge on PI Integration with SCADA system
Proficient in SCADA project Design, Engineering, development, Industry standard documentation and Installation
Should have extensive knowledge on Industrial Network Protocol – Modbus (RTU, TCP/IP), OPC, HART and Profinet, Fieldbus.
Capacity to develop SCADA design documents, CAPEX / OPEX report, Very high level block diagram for RTDP, Catalog of requirements
Knowledge of technology skills in OT cyber Security
Provide Logical architectural drawings of new SCADA solution and OSI PI Historian.
Knowledge of integrating solutions to OSIsoft PI
OSIsoft PI Data Archive – PI System Management Tools – PI SMT
Strong knowledge on Modelling using AF Server; PI Interfaces – PI OPC DA/HDA, PI UFL, PI RDBMS, PI Citect, PI PerfMon
PI Visualization Suite - PI DataLink, PI ProcessBook and PI Vision
PI Data Access Methodologies – AF SDK, OLEDB/ODBC/JDBC Provider, PI OPC DA/HDA Server, PI Web API
Historian System Design, selection of Hardware / Software’s, Recommend Cost Optimize solutions
Experience of conducting FAT / SAT, and able to manage the client
Serve as the quality for all project deliverables.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Experience and ability to provide project updates for projects
Preferred Skills:
Working experience in SCADA Migration project
Experience in Project life cycle activities on design, development and maintenance projects, Handled
Knowledge on Historian, MES, Analytical tools
Proficient in MS Office suite applications, especially/ MS Outlook, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, Visio
Familiarity with standards & protocols like ISA S95, OPC etc
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, multi-tasking, team-oriented, strategic thinking, problem solving, decision making, and negotiation skills
