About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Out of School Hours Care (OHSC) and Holiday Program Leader/Program Support Educator to join the team. This role will commence on 15 July 2024 and conclude on 20 December 2024, working Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:30 pm, including school holidays.

- Create exceptional and engaging experiences for children, aligning with the school's values and ethos.
- Communicate professionally and clearly with families, ensuring all planning documentation is performed to a high standard.
- Foster positive relationships with children, meeting their needs sensitively and effectively.
- Work efficiently with multi-ability groups.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Exhibit positive communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
- Apply effective and proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Contribute positively to the Early Learning Centre’s community in a culturally competent manner.
- Minimum Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- HLTAID012 Child First Aid Course – First Aid in an Education and Care setting (including Asthma training).
- Anaphylaxis eTraining or equivalent (such as 22578VIC).
- Ability to work effectively and sensitively with children.
- Capacity to work with multi-ability groups and demonstrate efficient organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
