About the Role
Manage our Learn to Swim program; creating positive relationships with families, schools and other stakeholders. Lead a team of Swim Teachers and On-Deck Instructors ensuring the safe and effective delivery of our programs. Design and implement promotions that cater towards the local Darebin community. Develop an on-going training program to create development opportunities for Swim School Teachers.
- Manage the Swim and Survive learn to swim program
- Develop promotional materials to increase learn to swim participation
- Create a positive work environment for staff to thrive
- Increase the number of schools participating in swimming lessons within the local area
- Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Experience in the leisure / recreation industry
- Excellent customer service skills
