What we're looking for in our leadership team:
- Your dedication to child safety: Hold or be willing to obtain a paid NSW Working With Children Check.
- Lifesaver in disguise: Be equipped with or willing to obtain Childcare First Aid (HLTAID004 or HLTAID012) and Child Protection Training (CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025) to ensure the well-being of every child under your care.

- Previous experience working with children (desirable)
As part of the leadership team some of your responsibilities will include:
- Taking the lead in providing exceptional service and stepping up when responsibility calls.
- Building strong rapport and positive relationships with parents and carers, ensuring their trust in our care.
- Making safety a top priority, adhering to all health and safety requirements.
- Creating a warm, inviting, and clean environment where children can thrive and be themselves.
- Championing our policies and procedures, ensuring they are effectively managed and followed.
- Collaborating in the planning, organisation, and execution of fun activities that align with the interests of our children.
- Managing a small, talented team, including training and rostering staff to ensure the smooth running of our service.
At Active OOSH, we value flexibility and recognise that every candidate has unique needs. Therefore, we are pleased to offer the Coordinator role as either 5 days permanent part time 35hrs per week or flexible. We believe in promoting work-life balance and ensuring our team members have the flexibility they need to thrive.
Our operating hours are Monday to Friday: 6.30am - 9.00am & 2.30pm - 6.30pm.
During school holidays, we have varying shifts between 7.00am - 6.00pm from Monday to Friday.
Hourly rate will vary based on past experience and certifications between $32-$40 per hour.
