This firm, known for its innovation and commitment to excellence, is seeking a career Legal Assistant to provide all facets of administrative support to a lovely Partner and her team of 3 Lawyers in the busy areas of Construction, Mining and Infrastructure. With a client portfolio spanning airports, seaports, high-rise constructions, and global engineering ventures, you'll find no shortage of exciting admin work to be involved with.
In this role, your work will see you undertaking the admin piece on both the front and back ends (advice and litigation) for the practice group. In addition, you will manage all aspects of practice administration including but not limited to:
- Preparing briefs for counsel;
- Formatting and amendments to complex documents;
- Monthly billing, time entry and associated tasks;
- Preparing correspondence, internal reporting and client liaison;
- Coordinating your fee-earners diaries, meetings and travel arrangements; and
- All other administrative requirements as needed by the team.
