Outbound Freight Logistics Co-Ordinator

We are looking for a like minded, motivated, Forklift Operator with current freight handling and logistics management experience. For a full time role at our Regency Park depot.

Duties will include but not limited to; Data entry, general freight handling, loading/unloading of conveyor belt, loading/unloading of vehicles and management of general freight within the depot.

The successful applicant will need to be able to lead a team from the front, by example, orchestrating with pride the unloading, staging and manifesting of integral line hauled freight to be arranged for same day and in some cases next day delivery. 

You will need to be able to report to, take direction from and liaise with the Operations Manager. Common sense and forward thinking is a nonnegotiable.

Requirements include:

• Must have current licence, with own transport
• General warehouse operations, current freight handling and logistics managing experience is required.
• Ability to work in a busy warehouse, where duties will vary throughout the day
• Forklift/Lift truck licence is essential.
• The ability to work unsupervised, as well as, in a team environment
• The ability to read, write and speak English proficiently
• Good work ethic
• Computer literate
