You’ll contact incoming and outgoing leads, and explain our services to decision-makers with the aim to schedule an appointment for your BDM. Expected daily call volume is 60-80 dials a day, and targeting 15 booked meetings per week. You’ll be working on our world-class CRM to maintain our lead data and partner closely with your BDM to ensure the best chance of a successful meeting and maintain our overall reputation as a client centric business the supports small business.
What are we looking for:
- Minimum 12 months experience in a similar role, ideally in a call centre or telesales environment but if you have outbound or B2B sales experience we encourage you to apply!
- Someone who can demonstrate prior high performance and is driven to succeed in this role
- Resilience and accountability are crucial! Everyone experiences highs and lows, but we're looking for individuals who can take ownership of their outcomes, bounce back from challenges, and reset to conquer their week, month, or quarter
