ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

The WA Outbound Sales team is seeking an energetic, eager, and customer-centered Outbound Tele-Sales Executive to build customer relationships and drive sales with new and existing customers based in our office in Perth. Lactalis is a flexible workplace and in this role, we are happy to support 60% office, 40% from home working balance. 

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Reporting to the Outbound Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Frontline contact for an assigned customer tele-sales group.
  • Building our customer network through cold calling and following up on new business leads. 
  • You will be involved in phone campaigns to support promotional activity and new line launches, which will all assist in driving sales growth for the Lactalis portfolio of products.

 ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate will preferably have experience within tele-sales in the FMCG industry. Candidates who have general sales/customer service experience will still be considered. Additionally, the preferred candidate will have a can-do attitude, and have the agility to shift their focus with the organisation, within a fast-paced environment. Experience with Sales Force, SAP and/or Microsoft Suite will be looked upon highly favourably.

This role is best suited to an organised and motivated individual who has excellent interpersonal skills and is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service through identifying customer needs and developing customer relationships.
