Brand Your Own (BYO) Foods is about helping their stakeholders and clients ‘be proud of who they are’.

BYO Foods does this by helping hospitality and retail venues offer innovative, healthy food and beverage solutions under their ‘own brand’. They make, custom brand and deliver healthy beverages to hospitality businesses including cafes and hotels hassle free nationally. About the Role:
Based in a modern CBD office space, you will work alongside the sales and marketing team providing an exceptional customer experience by following up potential client leads, gaining an understanding and appreciation of their situation and providing possible product solutions over the phone.

Key Responsibility Areas:

  • Outbound sales (calls)
  • Delivering exceptional customer service
  • Prompt follow up
  • Accurate record keeping, notes and actions
  • Assist in customer onboarding.

What you need to demonstrate to be successful:
  • Prior success in a phone sales environment
  • Exceptional listening skills with the ability to build strong customer rapport over the phone.
  • Hunger for success with prior proven experience in achieving sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Ability to multi-task (listen, capture details and problem solve at the same time.)
  • Maturity and confidence in handling objections (i.e. dealing with busy people)
  • Problem-solving skills and initiative
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Prior CRM experience (hubspot desirable)  
  • Hospitality or Industry experience (preferable)

Flexible hours of work on offer:
Committed to providing true flexibility, BYO Foods have different types of Monday to Friday work schedules to suit different lifestyle requirements.
  
Full time:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm
  
Casual:
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 11:30am and/or 1:30pm – 4:30pm
  
To start with and in order to learn, be set up for success and mentored properly, positions are preferred to be located in the office. Post 6 months, there is some potential to have the ability to incorporate working from home.
