About the Role
In this role, you'll ensure compliance with regulations, manage stakeholder relationships, provide administrative support to Leasing Officers, conduct site inspections, and contribute to policy development. Your role involves representing the Leasing Manager, addressing occupant needs, and utilising property systems to support enterprise Asset Management Plans.

About You
We are seeking a proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to customers to join us in creating spaces that enhance delivery of services to the Community.
You will possess the following qualification and attributes:
A tertiary degree in a property-related discipline is desirable.
Demonstrable experience in property, leasing, facilities, valuation, building, or projects.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively within teams Innate ability to communicate, negotiate and build relationships with an engaging approach
What’s on offer ?
We are offering an attractive total remuneration from $90,298 to $99,439 plus 11% superannuation.

The successful candidate is required to be vaccinated (at least 2 doses of a TGA approved COVID-19 vaccine) in accordance with Council's vaccination policy. Candidates may submit a medical contraindication for Council's consideration.
This role requires the successful candidate to complete a Criminal History Records Check and a Pre-Employment Medical, which also includes a Drug and Alcohol test.
