The Outdoor hostsupervisor is primarily responsible for overseeing and coordinatingthe daily activities of employees within the outdoor areas of theGuest Services. You will prioritize workload, monitor progress andoffer support to ensure the Outdoor Hosts maintain a high standardof customer service. You will be required to manage guest issuesand complaints in a timely manner and follow through to aresolution.

If you’re up for an exciting opportunityto:
- Greet guests and engage with them in a warm and welcoming way to assist with enquiries, directions within the resort and any other issues that may arise.
- Assisting in efficient usage of gates and lift equipment and assist guests in real time with any issues.
- Use RTP tablets to monitor RFID gate usage, Ensuring each individual attempting to access the Thredbo Lift System has a valid lift pass
… with your experience and skillsin:
- Previous experience and/ or appropriate level of training in supervising others
- Previous experience within a tourism-based customer service environment
- Acting confident and conscientious when interacting with guests and other team members
- RTP One operating system
