The Outpatient Coordinator Role
The Outpatient's Coordinator is responsible to the Manager Client Services, Riverland General Hospital (RGH) for the provision of administrative support and operationally supervising a group of outpatient administrative staff including all activities relating to customer service, rostering staff, liaising with external clinicians, management and allocation of daily tasks and ensuring quality data entry and reporting. The incumbent is responsible for the coordination of training and development for new staff.
The Outpatients Coordinator will contribute to the efficiency of the Outpatient Department and day-to-day clinic management in response to patient, medical and nursing needs.
