Your Opportunity:
The position of Outpatient Waitlist Officer is responsible for:
* Provide ongoing review and maintenance of the CHQ outpatient waiting lists to support effective on time clinical service delivery.
* Provide professional and courteous telephone and written communication to a wide-variety of core stakeholders (child's parents, carers, general practitioners, doctors, administration and nursing staff)
* Provide efficient and accurate data entry into relevant corporately managed systems (HBCIS / ESM)
* Provide appropriate support to the Team Leader Outpatient Support Unit, as required.
