About the Role

Working within a rural health setting, you will provide clinical leadership and direction to effectively coordinate and establish eligible consumers on a facility supported and/or community-based home and self-care renal dialysis pathway within the South Burnett and Cherbourg communities. Approaching clients with open, honest communication you will develop effective partnerships to ensure a high quality of service delivery. You will also have a commitment to continuous quality and service improvement and provide guidance and support to less experienced team members.
