Location: Region Cluster-based in QLD
Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 (Package includes Super and Bonus Payments). Additional travel allowance is also applicable.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Cluster Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating a small cluster of OSHC services as well as working in service two days per week. This position requires traveling by own car.
Role:
- Before School Care.
- After School Care.
- Holiday care up to 6 hours per day.
- Monday to Friday (Preferred availability - 5 days per week).
- Paid administrative time and regular network meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate a small cluster of OSHC services.
- Manage Service Coordinator's staff to ensure seamless delivery of programs and services.
- Monitor service quality and provide support to resolve any issues or challenges.
- Act as a liaison between parents, educators, and management.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide leadership and guidance to service teams, and provide a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., children’s services, social services, education, business administration, etc.).
- Previous experience in coordinating multiple services or programs is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams towards achieving common goals.
Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel within the cluster as needed.
