As the OSHC Coordinator for Care for Kyds Outside School Hours Care in vibrant New Farm, you'll step into a role that's more than just a job—it's a chance to make a real impact. With up to 90 children relying on your guidance, you'll have the opportunity to create lasting memories and shape their educational journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of a high quality, inclusive and educational program.
- Manage day to day operations of the service including staffing, administration and financial management tasks.
- Provide children with a safe, secure, welcoming and nurturing environment.
- Work collaboratively within an established team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
- Promote the service within the local community in accordance with the Vision, Mission and Values of Catholic Early EdCare.
Requirements of the Role:
- Diploma in Children Services or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card), First Aid, CPR, Asthma/Anaphylaxis.
- Consent to being the Nominated Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of Childcare legislation, including National Quality Framework, Standards, and My Time Our Place.
- Previous childcare service management experience.
- Proficient with childcare management software (Xplor preferred).
- Demonstrated leadership skills for team development.
