With 532 guest rooms, 3 restaurants, Rooftop Event Space, Executive Lounge, and 17 meeting spaces. Located at the Brisbane Airport precinct.
To oversee and carry out allocated general cleaning duties, achieving established standards of cleanliness and presentation to meet guests’ needs and exceed their expectations in regard to the cleanliness of the public areas and conference center areas of the hotel, supervising the team to ensure all tasks are completed as per standard.
About the role:
- Managing the Overnight Cleaning operations
- This is a hands on operational role
- Supervising the shift and team
- Monitor staff attendance and productivity during shift.
- Cleaning of all public areas within all the property's.
- Report any lost property following correct procedures
- Use and clean equipment with care
- train the staff on SOP's
- Ensure all department equipment is maintained to a high standard.
- Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations and manufacturer’s instructions.
