Key outcomes include:
- Demonstrated experience in providing a professional and confidential Executive/Personal Assistant service to senior staff including diary and email management
- Uphold high standards of customer service and administrative efficiency
- Exemplary and timely coordination and management of sensitive political and official documents
- Knowledge and/or understanding of Ministerial, Cabinet, Parliamentary and legislative processes is desirable
Essential experience/skills:
- Previous experience working within Government
- Highly developed communication skills both written & verbal
- Highly developed prioritisation and attention to detail skills
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
