What is the Role?
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Head of Middle School, the Middle School Heads of Year and organise special events. This is a permanent, term-time only position.
Who will the successful applicant be?
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships both within the School and externally
- Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence to assess situations and respond appropriately
- Capable of working calmly under pressure and with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Able to prepare and plan multiple tasks to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated computer skills including proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite and MS Teams, and strong IT skills generally
- Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Experience in a similar role within a Christian K-12 School would be desirable
