Personal Assistant To Head Of Middle School

What is the Role?
Provide administrative assistance and support to the Head of Middle School, the Middle School Heads of Year and organise special events.

This is a permanent, term-time only position.
 
Who will the successful applicant be?

• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships both within the School and externally
• Able to demonstrate a high level of emotional intelligence to assess situations and respond appropriately
• Capable of working calmly under pressure and with adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Able to prepare and plan multiple tasks to meet deadlines with a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated computer skills including proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office suite and MS Teams, and strong IT skills generally
• Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and discretion
• Experience in a similar role within a K-12 Christian School would be desirable
