The Role:
A new opportunity has presented for a dynamic Paediatric Allergy Consultant to join the Victorian Virtual Specialist Consult (VVSC) service provided by Northern Health.
This role requires the appointee to provide video consultations to GPs and patients regarding Paediatric Allergy conditions across Victoria.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Medical registration with the Medical Board of Australia under the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Undergraduate medical qualification as a first degree is essential – MBBS, MD, PhD or equivalent
- Paediatric allergy training as a subspecialty of RACP or similarly recognised roles such as Paediatricians with a special interest in allergy.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills utilizing a Telehealth system
- Current National Police and Working with Children History Check.
