What you will be doing:

• Ages 0-20 with a variety of developmental delays and/or disabilities
• Assessment and early intervention for children of all ages with a variety of presentations and conditions including developmental, neurological, and other neurodiverse conditions that affect a child’s daily life skills
• Ability to tailor paediatric caseload to your interest area
• Play and functional-based therapy 
• Clinic-based role

Training and SupportThe company offers a structured induction program with shadowing sessions of different team members. Weekly 1:1 supervision is offered for new graduates/early-career Occupational Therapists. Fortnightly supervision for more experienced therapists with the Occupational Therapist Team Leader. The company also runs fortnightly training alternating between discipline-specific and whole team in-services including external speakers.

What you will need:

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
• Full AHPRA registration
• Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
