An exciting opportunity has arisen for a paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team! We have settled into our sensational new clinic and are looking for a new OT to work with us and have the time of their lives helping their clients achieve their goals! Established in 1995, Nepean Speech and Occupational Therapy (NSPOT) is a highly respected multi-disciplinary practice where we offer structured supportive career progression from New Graduate positions right up to Senior roles. Located at the foothills of the beautiful Blue Mountains of Sydney, you will enjoy driving against the flow of traffic to get to work each day!

- Deliver 60 minute therapy sessions that will help your clients achieve their best potential and also provide you a manageable caseload.
- Work alongside our team of 7 OTs and 3 OT Therapy Assistants who will help you perform magic with your clients and provide an abundance of “on the fly” support to supplement your scheduled mentoring sessions.
- Also work alongside our team of 11 speechies who have a diverse range of experience and who you will run joint sessions with.
- We have four Client Care Team members who provide support for all things NDIS and non-clinical tasks. This allows you to focus on doing what you love!

The position:
You will be working with children and adolescents with a broad range of participation and engagement difficulties. Duties would include: providing one on one therapy services, joint OT/speech therapy sessions, both office and school visits (no more than one school in a day) and running school holiday groups and intensives. Sessions will be conducted predominately in our clinic, we want you to gain a true sense of belonging to our wonderful team. Your caseload will consist of a mix of private and NDIS funded clients.
Essential Criteria:
- Occupational Therapy Australia Membership
- AHPRA membership
- Private indemnity insurance
- Access to own transport with a current driver's licence
- Ability to build rapport with clients and families
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
