Job Description:As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at Hope Allied Health Services, you will provide vital therapy services in our Blacktown Clinic (mobile & telehealth therapy delivery is also available)
- Assessing the functional needs of children with a variety of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
- Developing and implementing therapeutic interventions to aid in the development of skills necessary for children to thrive in their daily activities.
- Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create holistic and effective care plans.
- Documenting therapy sessions and tracking the progress of each child.
- Engaging in play-based therapy and using creative methods to facilitate children's participation and progress.
- Bachelor’s Degree Majoring in Occupational Therapy
- Current AHPRA certification (OT)
- Special interest in paediatric therapy and developmental disabilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with children and families.
