Paediatric Occupational Therapist (Level 1 - 3)

We are currently looking for a passionate, entry-level Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team in Blacktown. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly certified therapist eager to develop their professional skills in a supportive and innovative environment.

As a Paediatric Occupational Therapist at Hope Allied Health Services, you will provide vital therapy services in our Blacktown Clinic (mobile & telehealth therapy delivery is also available)

• Assessing the functional needs of children with a variety of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
• Developing and implementing therapeutic interventions to aid in the development of skills necessary for children to thrive in their daily activities.
• Collaborating with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create holistic and effective care plans.
• Documenting therapy sessions and tracking the progress of each child.
• Engaging in play-based therapy and using creative methods to facilitate children's participation and progress.

• Bachelor’s Degree Majoring in Occupational Therapy
• Current AHPRA certification (OT)
• Special interest in paediatric therapy and developmental disabilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with children and families.
