ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Paid Ads Specialist, someone who knows SEM inside and out, has an excellent understanding of conversions, and can manage multiple client accounts. Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts have the highest possible ROI.
Your role:

• Develop/implement effective paid search strategies with relevant KPIs
• Manage the lifecycle of campaigns: create, develop, launch, optimise, report on progress and evaluate campaigns across Google platforms&;eg search, display, video, shopping
• Write attractive and concise ad copy that drives conversions
• Monitor budgets and adjust bids to gain better ROI
• Track KPIs to assess performance and fix issues
• Produce management reports eg dashboards
• Maintain partnerships with PPC ad platforms and vendors

Your Skills:

• Proven experience as a PPC Manager or Digital Marketing Specialist
• At least one year's experience in an agency
• Experience in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with platforms like AdWords, Microsoft Advertising
• Good knowledge of analytics tools eg Google Analytics, Tableau, WebTrends
• Experience with feed implementation through different CMS eg Shopify, WooCommerce
• Excellent communication skills ie clear and accurate spoken and written English
