About the Role:
The Paid Media Strategist plays a pivotal role within our company, joining our highly talented team of organic, paid and technical digital marketers. Drawing from experience in a digital marketing background, you will be client-focused and have the ability to plan, implement and manage workflow and communicate our industry-leading solutions to clients along with getting on the tools to implement.
You will be well-versed in balancing strategic acumen with client's communication requirements, both proactive and reactive. All ultimately driving sales performance for your client base.
The successful candidate will need to have excellent communication skills to manage multiple client and Bliss stakeholders to deliver for clients key digital marketing KPIs.

The Opportunity:
Bliss requires an experienced Paid Media Strategist who lives and breathes the paid digital advertising space (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn). You will be joining a specialised performance agency that currently employs some of the best digital marketers in Australia.
You will need the following skills and experience:
- 2+ years digital marketing experience with a preference given to Paid Media (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn)
- Client-facing Account Management experience.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4
- Strong time management and organisation skills.
- Great communication skills to advise and manage clients digital strategies
- Be able to manage stakeholders on artwork, copywriting and general content creation to achieve client objectives
- Conduct detail customer data analysis and research to determine the appropriate channels and audiences to target
- Ability to analysis, manage and give strategic advice on digital market performance
- Ability to identify opportunities for clients to improve results across existing or new digital initiatives
- Be proficient in planning and executing cross channel digital marketing activities
- Be able to manage client and internal stakeholders
- Excellent data analysis skills to ensure timelines and client budgets expectations are met
- Be conscious of the Bliss business objectives and delivering in a timely and profitable manner

You will excel in this position if you also:
- Have project management experience involving multiple stakeholders.
- Can analyse and present key data to clients.
- Good understanding of Looker Studio to deep dive and analysis big data.
