We are seeking a Place Strategist with a background in placemaking, urban planning, or urban design, to join our Place Strategy team.
Working with our Place Strategy Director, you’d be driving and supporting place strategy projects across Australia and New Zealand, developing place insights and frameworks which support the creation of destinational places that deliver social and economic outcomes.
You are confident in delivering projects of a high calibre, facilitating client workshops and meetings, and presenting strategies and outcomes to project stakeholders, working independently and collaboratively.
You will have a passion for great architecture, urbanism and placemaking, with the ability to consider challenges and opportunities through a social and commercial lens, to develop place solutions that deliver community value, while enabling financial uplift.
You will think beyond traditional planning requirements with innovative and creative ideas that challenge the status quo and create the opportunity for legacy development projects.
You bring a creative flair and understand the value of storytelling and visual communications to bring a place vision to life and engage stakeholders.
You will build strong relationships with the Place Strategy team, as well as the design, copy, account service and image making leaders throughout the business to drive collaborative solutions that make a positive impact.
