As a team we continually seek ways to pair, collaborate, support and learn from each other!What you'll doAs a Paid Media Trader, you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy and most importantly data-driven campaigns.
You must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, an understanding of media buying and strong attention to detail.Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :
  • Execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately social and programmatic (DV360, display, video, audio etc) media, supporting in search buys: buying and implementation of multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Manage media plan: work closely with the Client Services team and Channels Marketing Manager to gather social and programmatic campaign briefs, update tracker, plan and implement accordingly.
  • Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights. This includes identifying trends/learning's for future opportunities
  • Manage an assigned plan - delivering targeted campaigns and offers, across multiple segments to deliver commercial outcomes and business objectives.
  • Delivery across paid social and programmatic channels. Specific performance objectives include:
-Meet annual revenue targets; as measured by the agreed reporting methodology.
-Brand metrics meet or exceed campaignWhat you'll bring:
  • 18+ months in social media, programmatic display and online video trading in either agency or client-side
  • Strong experience in Facebook and Instagram, Tiktok, Pinterest, DV360, CM360, Vistar Media
  • Experience with Facebook Marketing Partners
  • Experience with Tagging solutions for measurement and audience building
  • Successfully manage timelines and budgets
  • Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
