What you'll do
As a Programmatic Paid Media Trader you will be a self-motivated and highly organised team player who is passionate about content, media, strategy and most importantly data-driven campaigns.
As a Programmatic Paid Media Trader you must be able to complete a wide range of activities requiring clear communication, understanding of Programmatic media buying and have strong attention to detail. You must have advanced technical skills to design, build and execute Programmatic campaigns and initiatives. You must be able work well under pressure, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of campaigns in a variety of digital channels.
This role is hands-on and involves key stakeholder management. You will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of digital media campaigns, including gathering of assets, trafficking, creation of ad serving tags, troubleshooting, QA and reporting. You are organised, efficient and can handle numerous tasks across a broad range of campaigns.
Responsibilities will also include;
  • Execution of multi-channel campaigns predominately display and video media, supporting in social and other programmatic buys: buying and implementation of multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Manage media plan: work closely with the WooliesX delivery squads and Paid Media Lead to gather campaign briefs, update tracker, plan and implement accordingly.
  • Manage campaign setup, delivery, optimisation, reporting and insights. This includes identifying trends/learning's for future opportunities.
  • Present plans and strategies that support the overall business objective and define the role of channel with the planning team
What you'll bring
  • 18+ months in programmatic display and online video trading in either agency or client-side
  • Strong experience in DV360, CM360, Vistar Media
  • Experience with Tagging solutions for measurement and audience building
  • Successfully manage timelines and budgets
  • Demonstrate a track record of client relationship development and service
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with clients or internal stakeholders
  • Have the ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures calmly
  • Able to quickly adapt to ongoing change based on the business and team requirements
  • Hold an understanding online trends and have experience in developing digital strategies and communications programs
  • Demonstrate strong and effective decision-making skills
  • Tertiary qualified in relevant discipline (Business/Commerce/Marketing etc.).
